The time for deep healing is now.
We cannot ignore, suppress, or distract our feelings and expect them to go away. The body remembers everything, storing the pain deep inside our cells until we release it. The moment we let the feelings out…the moment we tell the real story, the healing can begin.

The men of Inside Circle spent decades in prison, learning how to look at themselves and their pain with full-on authenticity. Today they bring that work to everyone on the outside. Join us for a unique experience and you will come away more deeply connected to yourself and humanity.
About Natasha
Facilitation is the art of helping another person ask the right questions, see clearly what lies beneath the surface, and deeply understand themselves. In some ways, it’s the ultimate time travel…journeying back through the years to tend to early wounds, and then blasting ourselves into the future to envision and craft new ways of being. It’s the work of grieving, voicing fears, bringing shame out of the shadows, and metabolizing all these emotions into fuel for life. A facilitator gives full attention to trauma, allowing healing to flow through every cell in the body, creating more space within to be your authentic self. As a facilitator, I brings 25 years experience leading group process work in a range of settings. I move with instinct and intuition - patiently shining a light into the dark places within so you can transform wounds into wisdom. My vision is a world where everyone has access to this life changing inner work. I am a Certified Facilitator with Woman Within International, a Masteries Practitioner with the IAC, and a qualified Mediator from the Regent’s School of Psychotherapy & Psychology. I have worked in the field of corporate leadership development and team building, leading groups in communication, conflict resolution and self awareness. I hold a Masters in Law (LLB) and Bachelor of Jurisprudence (B.Juris) from the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in South Africa.
